I had a mixed experience at Retreat Villa Boutique and Spa. The warm welcome from the staff was refreshing, and the pool area was beautiful for relaxation. However, my room was quite small, poorly lit, and lacked basic furnishings, which made my stay less enjoyable. Overall, I appreciated the friendly service but feel there are significant areas in need of improvement. 😕🌺
